How long will it take to complete the whole process?
It could take anywhere from 3 hours to 48 hours. The speed of processing entirely depends on the Companies House queue on any given day. If you are lucky it can be the same day and if you get caught on a busy queue, it could even take upto 48 hours.
If you need your company formed urgently then we recommend that you select the same day service. This express service guarantees same day formation, provided the application is correctly submitted before 2PM on a business day.
What address should I use to register my new company?
All companies are legally required to have a registered address in the UK. It must be a physical address in the UK and not a post-box. This is the address where all the official communication will be sent. Your company address will be publicly available for anyone to view.You can use our prestigious London address as your registered office address.
Is it possible to register a limited company without revealing my home address?
Companies House requires all directors to supply 2 different addresses: a residential (home) address, which is kept secret, and a business (service) address, which will be available for public records on Companies House website and visible to anyone.If you don’t want to reveal your home address on public records, you can buy one of our company formation packages, other than starter.
Do I need to register my company for VAT?
Not unless your company’s annual turnover exceeds (or expected to exceed) the VAT threshold of £85,000. Otherwise, you need not register your company for VAT. However, for some businesses it may be beneficial to register for VAT even if your annual turnover is lesser.

How long will it take to open the business bank account?
We will fast track your free business bank account opening process with your chosen bank as soon as your company has been approved by Companies House.
Your local bank representative will contact you to arrange a meeting prior to opening your account. Typically, you are offered a meeting date within 7 to 14 days, and your bank account is usually opened in 1 to 2 days after the meeting.
I have a bad credit history. Can I still get a business bank account?
For customers with bad credit history or those who are refused by high street banks, we can still help with a business bank account through some of our affiliations.
Can I register a dormant company?
There is no special provision to register a dormant company at Companies House. However, you can make your new company dormant by simply notifying HMRC. You can inform HMRC that you have not started trading and you have no plans of trading in the immediate future and would like it to be classified as dormant. You can do this only after you receive your unique tax reference (UTR number). UTR number will be sent to the registered office address normally in about 3-4 weeks after new company registration.
When will I get my authentication code?
You get your authentication code as soon as your company is approved by Companies House. Your authentication code will be available on our online company manager portal and you can check it as soon as your company is formed.
What are your annual renewal charges?
