Yes, you can use your home address as your business correspondence address, but we don't recommend it. Your residential address will be visible to your customers, vendors, clients, other third parties and the general public. This puts your privacy at risk to unscrupulous people, marketing agencies and customers. We recommend using our business address service to protect your privacy — available for less than £10 a month.
How do you bill us for forwarding letters and parcels?

As part of our business postal address service, we will ask you to pay a deposit of £50 and put this towards forwarding costs. When it depletes to under £5, we will ask you to top up the deposit.
What is included in the UK business address service for overseas residents?

Our prestigious London address can be used to receive correspondence from your customers and suppliers. We will receive your letters and parcels at our office and scan and send your mail to the email address given during your application. If you wish to receive your mail by post, we will not open your mail and, instead, forward it to your postal address for an additional charge of 50p per item plus postage. We will automatically eliminate and destroy junk mail as a free service.
Why Do you eliminate junk mail and how do you do it?

Our clients have fed back their frustration at having to pay to receive forwarded junk mail by post or email. That's why we will automatically eliminate mail that we deem to be junk and destroy it. If you do not wish to use this service, please confirm this in writing.
Please note that we cannot guarantee the mail we destroy as part of our elimination of junk mail service, but we will take all reasonable endeavours to ensure we do not destroy non-junk mail or forward junk mail.
What are your charges for forwarding my business letters and parcels?

The cost of forwarding your mail is not included in our annual price. Our charge for this service is the Royal Mail postage rate plus 50p per item sent.
How is the service different for non-UK residents?

With our business address service, non-UK residents receive the same service as our UK residents. However, if you choose our optional add-on mail forwarding service (instead of scan and email), the deposit required is slightly larger.
There are a few reasons why you might need a registered office address. First, it gives your company a physical presence in the UK. Second, it ensures that correspondence from HMRC and Companies House can't be ignored or go missing. And third, it provides a place for creditors to send formal notices or demands for payment.
What are the mandatory requirements to buy your business address service?

We are mandated to collect and verify proof of ID and address to comply with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations, Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements and the London Local Authorities Act. In your welcome email, we will send you the list of documents we require from you.
How is your UK business address service different from the registered office address service?

We are a registered office address provider — which is a legal requirement for company formation — the address you provide will be published in the public register. All statutory letters from HMRC and Companies House will be sent to this address.
However, our London company address service is optional and is not a legal requirement. You can use a business postal address service to receive non-statutory mail at our prestigious London address (and hide your home address). Both are different services and must be purchased separately.
