Your residential address will be visible to your customers, vendors, clients, other third parties and the general public. This puts your privacy at risk to unscrupulous people, marketing agencies and customers. We recommend using our business address service to protect your privacy — available for less than £10 a month.
As part of our business postal address service, we will ask you to pay a deposit of £50 and put this towards forwarding costs. When it depletes to under £5, we will ask you to top up the deposit.
Our prestigious London address can be used to receive correspondence from your customers and suppliers. We will receive your letters and parcels at our office and scan and send your mail to the email address given during your application. If you wish to receive your mail by post, we will not open your mail and, instead, forward it to your postal address for an additional charge of 50p per item plus postage. We will automatically eliminate and destroy junk mail as a free service.
Our clients have fed back their frustration at having to pay to receive forwarded junk mail by post or email. That's why we will automatically eliminate mail that we deem to be junk and destroy it. If you do not wish to use this service, please confirm this in writing.
Please note that we cannot guarantee the mail we destroy as part of our elimination of junk mail service, but we will take all reasonable endeavours to ensure we do not destroy non-junk mail or forward junk mail.
The cost of forwarding your mail is not included in our annual price. Our charge for this service is the Royal Mail postage rate plus 50p per item sent.
With our business address service, non-UK residents receive the same service as our UK residents. However, if you choose our optional add-on mail forwarding service (instead of scan and email), the deposit required is slightly larger.
There are a few reasons why you might need a registered office address. First, it gives your company a physical presence in the UK.
