No, there are no hidden fees with the Digital Package. The price you pay covers the complete incorporation service. However, you'll be responsible for statutory fees like annual confirmation statements (£34 to Companies House) and any additional services you choose to add later.
Will my home address be visible in public records?

Yes, with the Digital Package, your home address will be visible on the public Companies House register as the registered office address. If you prefer to keep your address private, consider upgrading to our Privacy Package which includes both the registered office address & director service address.
Do you offer same-day incorporation services?

Yes, same-day incorporation is available as an optional extra during the checkout process. If you add this service and submit your complete application and complete ID verification for all the officers in the company before 2 PM on a working day, your company will be incorporated the same day. Without this optional service, incorporation typically takes 24-48 hours through the standard process.
Can I upgrade to a higher package after registration?

No, you cannot upgrade from a digital package to a higher package after company registration. However, you can avail the products or services listed in our higher packages at a later date. Simply contact our team, and we'll help you purchase the products or services you need.
