Do I have to live in the UK to form my limited company?
No. You do not have to be a UK resident. You can officially register a UK limited company from wherever you live in the world. But your company should have a UK registered office address (included in our package).
Do I need to provide my overseas home address to form the new UK company?
Yes. You must provide your overseas home address to register your company. However, you should also have a physical UK address as your registered office.
Can I use my overseas home address as my registered address?
No. You must use a physical UK address as your registered office address.
What will be the registered office address for my new company?
When you select our package your company’s registered address will be 18, The College House, London – HA4 7AE. This is where you will receive all your statutory letters. We will scan and send these letters electronically to your email.
How do I make changes to my company after it is formed?
Using our free online company manager account, you can make changes to your company (for example, add or remove director, shareholder etc.,). Just login and make your changes and we will update your records at the Companies House.
Will you ship any packages to my international address?
Yes. We will forward packages to your international address at the courier charge + 15% handling fee.
Will my company mail be forwarded internationally?
Yes. All company mail will be forwarded electronically.
Will you also take care of my annual accounts?
Our package does not cover filing of company accounts. However, we will introduce you to an accountant who can help with this. We have partnered with a premier UK accountancy firm to help all our overseas clients. We will introduce you with them for a FREE consultation. You can ask any questions and get them clarified during this initial consultation for FREE of charge.
Will you take care of filing my confirmation statement every year?
Yes. Our package covers preparation and filing of your confirmation statement (previously known as the annual return) for the first year. You can choose to renew it for the subsequent years.
Do I need to visit the UK to open a bank account?
Yes. In most cases, the director/shareholders should visit UK and meet the bank manager in person. You can discuss this requirement with our accounting partner (during your FREE consultation). They will guide you appropriately.
How much will this package cost after the first year?
This package includes confirmation statement filing plus address services including registered office, directors address (2 numbers) and business address for the 1st year. The cost of renewing all four services after your first year will be £219+ VAT.
