What makes Complete different from Plus?

Complete includes everything in Plus and adds Mint Compliance Cover, VAT registration, and PAYE registration. VAT and PAYE are handled as part of your formation if your business needs them. On the compliance side, we track all your statutory deadlines and handle your annual filings. Our service charge is included in the package at no extra cost. You just cover the regulatory fees when they fall due.

What does Mint Compliance Cover include?

It covers your annual confirmation statement filing, ICO and GDPR registration renewal, monitoring of all Companies House obligations, and corporate hijack protection. We watch your Companies House record and alert you immediately if any unauthorised changes are attempted. You handle the regulatory fees when due. We handle everything else.

What regulatory fees will I need to pay?

The Companies House confirmation statement fee is currently £50, paid each year. If your company needs to register with the ICO for data protection, the annual fee ranges from £52 to £3,763 depending on the size of your organisation. Most new small businesses fall into the lowest tier at £52. These are government fees passed through at cost. We add nothing on top.

Will I be reminded when regulatory fees are due?

Yes. We track all deadlines on your behalf and contact you well ahead of time so nothing catches you off guard. You'll know exactly what's due, when, and how much, with plenty of notice to arrange payment.

What happens at renewal?

Your address services and Mint Compliance Cover renew annually. We contact you well ahead of the renewal date so nothing lapses without warning. Renewal rates are clearly stated upfront and there's no long-term contract.

Can I add accountancy later?

Yes. Your company documents, compliance history, and address services all carry over. You can add accountancy at any time. Taking Ultimate as a full package typically works out better value than adding accountancy as a standalone service.
