Do I need to be a UK resident to use this package?

No. There is no residency requirement for a UK limited company director. International Complete is designed specifically for founders based outside the UK. We handle the entire registration process remotely and ensure all UK compliance requirements are met on your behalf.

What address will appear on Companies House?

Our London address will appear as your registered office, director service address, and business correspondence address. Your personal overseas address will not appear anywhere on the public Companies House record. All statutory mail is scanned and emailed to you.

What is different about International Complete vs the UK Complete package?

Will I need to pay UK tax?

Your UK company will be liable for UK Corporation Tax on profits generated in the UK. Whether you personally pay UK income tax depends on your residency status and the nature of your role. What does Mint Compliance Cover include?

It covers your annual confirmation statement filing, ICO and GDPR registration renewal, monitoring of all Companies House obligations, and corporate hijack protection. Do I need a UK bank account?
