We built Ultimate specifically for new businesses. A company in its first year shouldn't be spending thousands on accountancy and compliance before it's even found its feet. We provide simple tools to help you manage receipts and bookkeeping from the start, which keeps things straightforward for our team and lets us absorb a significant part of the cost. We price Ultimate the way we do because we genuinely want new businesses to launch with the right foundations, without escalating costs becoming a worry before the business has had a chance to grow.

What exactly does year-end accounts include?

We prepare your statutory accounts and corporation tax return, then file both with Companies House and HMRC before the deadlines. We'll ask you for the information we need and handle everything from there. No chasing, no last-minute panics.

What happens in year two?

Your address services and compliance cover renew annually at clearly stated rates. The accountancy continues as a managed service and we'll discuss renewal options with you before anything lapses. No long-term contract, and you can adjust the services you need as your business grows.

Do I need to keep my own bookkeeping records?

You'll need to keep basic records of your income and expenses, receipts, invoices, and bank statements. Our team will guide you on what we need and when. We provide bookkeeping support as part of Ultimate so you're never left to figure it out alone.

Is there a long-term contract with Ultimate?

No. Ultimate renews annually and there's no long-term commitment. Your company documents, address services, and compliance history are always yours. If your needs change at renewal, just get in touch and we'll work out what makes sense for your business at that point.

Can I add employees or additional directors to the payroll later?

Director payroll is included in Ultimate as standard. If you take on employees or additional directors and need them added to payroll, we can accommodate this. Just get in touch and we'll discuss the requirements.
